
Brad Eiken
Brad, a principal of iTL, has over 30 years of commercial furniture experience. (He started working for his Dad at 10 years old! ) One of Brad’s main responsibilities is to assign a nickname to every new employee (and sometimes clients). This requires research and observation to determine the person’s personality and physical characteristics. Once a nickname is assigned, the person is then never referred to by their actual name, and they sometimes forget what their name is!
Brad is like “Rain Man” ….he remembers everyone’s birthday and anniversary! He is also in charge of both music and movie trivia around the office and works diligently to develop his staff by constantly quizzing them about both topics.
But seriously, Brad’s vast experience in commercial furniture enables him to quickly engage in projects, develop a clear process, and determine innovative solutions to meet various budgets. He likes to think “outside of the box” and always enjoys a challenge!
