Ellen’s title is Office Manager, but she is the glue of the itL organization! Ellen provides assistance to all sales and installation processes, handles accounting, human resources and in general makes the business operate smoothly. Prior to joining itL, Ellen was a project manager for CitiCapital, and managed a 34,000 square foot facility. This experience gives her an understanding of clients’ needs and expectations as well as management of daily procedures.

You say Ellen, we say WOW.  When Ellen was made, they broke the mold.  Just when you think her plate is too full, she comes back for more.  She’s a little crazy too.  She just can’t get enough of itL, first as a client, now as Office Manager.  We’ve heard she even has an itL tattoo.

When Ellen is not at the office, you will probably find her with the Monroe County Relay for Life committee, reading, hiking or hanging with her family.
